   Week 1 · Release

   Name the rules you were handed as a girl and a woman: be nice, be small, be pretty, be quiet. Notice which ones still run your day.

   Week 2 · Remember

   Go back to the girl you were before the world edited her. What did she love, say and dare?

   You leave with: a portrait of the girl you were before the edits

3. 3

   Week 3 · Recognize

   See where the old script shows up now: at work, in love, in your body, with money, with family.

   You leave with: a map of where the script still shows up

4. 4

   Week 4 · Reclaim

   Practice taking back space: saying no, asking for more and letting yourself be seen.

   You leave with: word-for-word scripts for no, more and yes

5. 5

   Week 5 · Reimagine

   Write your own rules for the chapter you're in and the ones ahead.

   You leave with: your "new rules" page, in your own words

6. 6

   Week 6 · Choose

   Choose one ritual that's yours alone, one person to share this with, and write your letter to Her.

   You leave with: a letter to Her you can keep, reread and pass on
