Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on everything we sell. If you're not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your order date, with no questions asked.

Our order process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and it processes all refunds. This policy is in addition to your rights under Paddle's Refund Policy and any consumer rights you have by law.

The Sovrena Reset™ ($59)

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase, whether or not you've started your weeks.
• This includes the 7 stage workbooks that come with The Sovrena Reset™.
• Once the refund is processed, access to The Sovrena Reset™, the private circle and the included workbooks ends.

Gifting The Sovrena Reset™ ($59)

• The person who bought the gift can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, whether or not the gift code has been used.
• If the gift code hasn't been used, it stops working once the refund is processed.
• If it has been used, the person who received it loses access to The Sovrena Reset™ once the refund is processed. Her notes stay hers, and she can ask us to delete them.
• Only the buyer can request a refund for a gift, because the refund goes back to the buyer's payment method.

Stage workbooks ($12) and membership ($9/month or $79/year)

• Workbooks: full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Membership: full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of any yearly renewal. You can also cancel anytime to stop the next renewal, and you'll keep access until your paid month or year ends.

How to ask

Go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used to pay, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also email us at hiiiiiiiii@sovrena-hello.com, and we'll help.

What happens next

• Your refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Anything you wrote stays yours. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

After 14 days

If something went wrong after 14 days, such as a technical problem that kept you from using what you bought, write to us and we'll do our best to make it right.
