Sovrena is run by Laura Nolda, doing business as Sovrena ("Sovrena," "we," "us"), based in Connecticut, USA. When you use Sovrena or buy from us, your agreement is with Laura Nolda, doing business as Sovrena.

By using Sovrena, and by continuing to use it, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They're short.

For entertainment and personal reflection only

Everything on Sovrena, including courses, audio, workbooks, journal prompts, quizzes, card decks, community posts and AI-written reflections, is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not medical, mental health, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of these. No professional or therapeutic relationship is created by using Sovrena.

You should always seek the advice of a qualified medical or mental health professional about your health, your body or your emotional wellbeing. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of anything you read or hear on Sovrena. If you are in crisis or think you may have an emergency, call your local emergency number right away (in the US, call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

AI-written content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You use Sovrena, and act on anything in it, at your own discretion and your own risk. You alone are responsible for your choices and how you use the content.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private. You're responsible for what you post.

Your words stay yours

You own what you write. If you choose to share a reflection publicly, you give Sovrena permission to show it on the site. You can ask us to remove it anytime.

Everything else on Sovrena, including the writing, card decks, workbooks, scripts, quizzes, images and the Sovrena name, belongs to Sovrena. You're welcome to print purchased products and share free cards for personal use, but please don't resell, copy or republish them.

Community respect

Be kind. No harassment, hate, spam, or sharing other people's private information. We may remove posts or accounts that break this.

Purchases

Paid programs are sold through Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and billing support. Access is for your personal use and may not be shared or resold. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Refunds

• The Sovrena Reset™: full refund within 14 days of purchase, whether or not you've started. Access ends once the refund is processed.
• Gifting The Sovrena Reset™: the buyer can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. An unused gift code stops working. If the code was already used, the person who received it loses access to The Sovrena Reset™.
• Workbooks and membership: full refund within 14 days of purchase or of a yearly renewal. The membership can be cancelled anytime, and access continues until the paid year ends.

Our content

Sovrena's guides, audio, designs and the name The Sovrena Reset™ belong to Sovrena. Please don't copy or resell them.

Don't misuse Sovrena

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No copying or infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property.
• No malware, probing, scraping, or interfering with the site's security.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don't pay, or put the site or others at security or fraud risk.

Changes

We may update the site or these terms, and we'll post the new date above. Continuing to use Sovrena after a change means you accept the updated terms.

No warranties

Sovrena is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We don't promise the site will run without interruption or errors, or that any content will lead to any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Laura Nolda, doing business as Sovrena is not liable for any injury, loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive, including emotional distress, health outcomes, relationship outcomes, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Sovrena, your reliance on any content, or anything other users post. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

Your responsibility

You agree to defend and hold harmless Laura Nolda, doing business as Sovrena from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Sovrena, the content you post, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
