Sovrena is a place for reflection. Your words are private by default, and we never sell them.

Who we are

Sovrena is run by Laura Nolda, doing business as Sovrena, based in Connecticut, USA. We are the data controller, which means we decide how and why your personal information is used.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email and, if you choose, your first name.
  • What you write: reflections, path cards, Sovrena Reset™ notes and letters.
  • Purchase details: handled by our payment partner, Paddle. We never see or store your card number.
  • Basic technical data, such as device type, to keep the site working.

How we use it

  • To run your account and save your work so you can come back to it.
  • To write your personal reflections. Your words are sent securely to an AI service to create them, and are not used to train public AI models.
  • To send emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Why we're allowed to use it

We use your information to provide what you signed up for or bought (contract), to keep Sovrena safe and working (legitimate interests), for emails you opted into (consent), and where the law requires it (legal obligation).

What we share

Only what's needed to run Sovrena: our hosting, database and AI service providers; Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling products, managing subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing; professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers; and authorities when the law requires it. Community posts appear only if you choose to share them, without your email, and after review.

Your choices

  • Delete path cards and reflections anytime from My Sovrena.
  • Ask us to delete your account and all your data by emailing hiiiiiiiii@sovrena-hello.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open, and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

How we protect it

We use encryption, access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your progress. We don't use advertising cookies. You can clear them in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing hiiiiiiiii@sovrena-hello.com. Connecticut residents have these rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act.

Age

Accounts are for adults 18 and over. Content for parents of young girls is written for the parent, not the child.

Health data

See our Consumer Health Data Notice for how we handle anything you share about your body, health or life stage.
