Consumer Health Data Notice

Last updated September 2026 · Draft pending legal review

This notice explains how Sovrena handles "consumer health data" under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada, Connecticut and other states. Sovrena is a reflection and community platform, not a medical provider.

What health data we may collect

  • Your chapter or life stage (for example, perimenopause), from the quiz or your account.
  • Anything you choose to write about your body, cycle, menopause, mood or wellbeing in reflections, path cards, Sovrena Reset™ notes, letters or circle posts.

Why we collect it

Only to provide what you asked for: saving your work, showing your stage guide, writing your personal reflection, and your private circle. We collect it only with your consent, given when you create your account.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help run Sovrena (hosting, database and the AI service that writes reflections), under confidentiality. Paddle, our payment reseller, receives purchase details, not your writing. We never sell your health data and never use it for advertising.

Your rights

  • See what health data we hold about you, and the list of companies it's shared with.
  • Withdraw your consent and delete your data — delete items anytime in My Sovrena, or email hiiiiiiiii@sovrena-hello.com to delete your whole account.
  • Appeal if we decline a request by replying to our answer. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

The quiz saves nothing unless you create an account. Contact: hiiiiiiiii@sovrena-hello.com.
